I've been playing around with the program and I've got a couple of related questions.

I've noticed I'm sometimes forgetting to click the turn marker and the end/start of my turn. Is this like a turnover in BB tabletop?

Also, I noticed sometimes I manage to push a player into a square I shouldn't by clicking on him by mistake, and also move a player by mistake by not clicking on the next player. If I did this during a game what should I do? Do I make a note in the log and move the players back, rewind the log or something else?

In most PBeM leagues, you END your turn by clicking on your opponent's turn marker ... this is so that you don't forget. It becomes very natural after a while as its the last thing you do before you save and quit.

If you move someone in error, you type into the log an explanation and move him back. Never rewind the log without the permission of your commish or the other player.
