need obblm style/customization help.

HelloI am trying to add another menu option after "Rules", I would like it to work in exactly the same way as the "Rules" button i.e. I want it to simply point to another static site about our history (Button: "About us"). Any assistance you can give to point me to the right files so I can duplicate the already existing button would be much appreciated.
Another questions: is it possible to put some pictures in the news?
Is it possible to put random pictures in some news?
I used the stylesheet from the user Steve0
now I have the problem that the site looks terrible on smartphones. Any ideas for that problem? I
