Added fixes from multiple users including;
Deathzone 1 & 2 Content - Various contributors
Spike 1-5 Content - Various contributors
Dark Elf Assasin icon fixed @kossy
Paired stars on rosters @vanhu42
Only show available star players @vanhu42
Updated gitignore @dannyuk1982
Docker support @snotlingorc
The fresh install link should also work if the files are just copied over top of your existing NAFLM install. If you do that be mindful to keep your existing settings.php file and delete the install.php file.
I have made a test instance of the fresh install if you wish to check anything over before switching to it yourself;

Re: My NAFLM Fork - Including DZ and Spike 1-5
Someone else summed up the steps that worked for him doing a fresh install over an existing install as
So the steps would be:
1) Backup database, website folder and settings.php
2) Copy fresh install into website folder
3) Copy original settings.php back to website folder
4) Delete install.php
5) Run upgrade.php
6) Resync all form admin menu

Cheers for this. I'll give it a try as I did a fresh NAF OBBLM install on my club's site recently and I really wanted to use the GW 2016 rules rather than go back to CRP.
