Gryphonbowl Prize opinions wanted...
As a bit of a departure from the usual vouchers/miniatures prizes I'm thinking of getting a piece of original art as first prize for the GB1.5. It's picture of Gryphon in a medieval style
Anyway here's the pic:
It measures 16" x 12" and is signed by the artist. Just wondered what you guys think...

art is a very subjective thing to have, this isn't something I'd put on my wall personally
i'm in the camp of having no prizes and cheaper entry though
prizes just encourage ppl to take the better races and those who go along taking weaker races are really just subsidising the prizes for those who take the better races
it is more about going along and having a fun weekend, the winner already gets the NAF trophy and obviously the bragging rights, they don't need more than that imo
obviously making it cheaper would attract the maximum participants as well

Hmmm...good point on the prizes, I hadn't thought of that. I could just spend the cash on more bacon butties
Thanks for the input guys.
@Darkson - www.etsy.com if you want to buy it. Just stick 'griffin' in the search box, it's on p.3 if I remember rightly.
