Tournament idea

Just a thought.

How about some sort of tournament with a capped NAF rating for each team?

Say, for example, each team of four has a limit on the total NAF points each player carries or average points per NAF game, or other such calcuable system?

The teams could be drawn randomly against each other with Player 1 on Team 1 playing Player 1 on Team 2, and so on, with the player slots on each team determined either by NAF ranking or at the prior discretion of the team itself.

It would possibly mean then that the big guns have to play with weaker or newer players, furthering their experience and evening out the competition.

Has this been suggested before? I know it's a bit wooly, but can you see what I'm getting at?
