Imo. Khemri is one the tier2 rosters who benfit the more with ruleset with 7+ skilled players.
And they have access to nice starplayer.
À teams of Khemri with 6 guards. 1 starplayer. And a Ball carrier with block would be efficient. (At last EuroBowl some coachs do not hesitate to play Khemri)

2 Khemri teams, one pre-Tomb Guardians, one post-Guardians.
Pre-Guardians won the tournament (with a broken coach

), post-Guardians finished mid-table.

9 years with pretty much the same ruleset, and only 2 Khemri - just not popular.
