Why would you disallow an APO, but allow regeneration? Does not seem very fair to me.

Draco, some other tournaments like the Lutece Bowl and the Spiky Club open also disallow an apo at a tournament range of TR110.
And you didn't complain there

ah i see a little mistake. the registration fee is not known at this time. the trophys are known but secret

And a loud "YEESSS!" resounds through the town. Congrats to the Botzers for making this become reality. I will SO be there... heck, if all goes well, I might even have moved to FFM by then...
