Query about EB2007

I do not want to ask too late, so I rather ask it maybe a littlebit too early.

My poll-like question is:

Would it be possible and what do you think about moving EuroBowl from November to summer (July or August, as June is well packed with tournaments)? Or is there anything against it?

Reason to move: it would be nice to connect the EB with a holiday once we go to Spain, but it would be nicer to do it in the summer.

Cheers

Or a second poll-like question:
When nothing has been agreed for the World Cup by March or April next year, can we beg Spain to hold the Eurobowl as normal in 2007?

july/august is not a good idea, because it's holidays and many teams will have problems getting their players together

Sounds like a decent idea to be honest. Would obviously have to discuss with the Spanish. Bringing Eurobowl forward a couple of months wouldn't be so bad, would it?

Its a good idea in principle but impracticle imo for the reasons Jurgen stated and as its school holiday season it will be waaaaaaaaaay more expensive

Can you imagine how much more the hotels will be for mid summer to mid Nov? Flights too...

I agree in principle it is a good idea, but in reality...hmm.

Because you already live down there and don't need to pay for an overpriced plane ticket...

Im not sure that if you buy the plane ticket with enough time will be more expensive than the rest of the year.

Having spent a couple of hours at the beach at Barcalona from 4am (don't ask! ) I'm not even sure we'd need a hotel! Games on the beach by day, party and sleep on the beach by night.
