What are THE teams at tournaments these days?

I'll go to a tournament in July. First time in about three years. So I wonder with LRB5 and all, which are the most played teams nowadays. What's the trend, the fashion, which team makes the Spike Mag cover?
It's 110 and one skill before every game, six games. At my last tourney (in 2004 under LRB4) I remember there were a lot of dwarfs, CDs, Orcs and hordes of Skaven. I expect Norse to be played more now, no?

I tend to find that the Bloodbowl teams are the ones that are played the most. The one that makes the Spike mag cover? Usually it's the one that wins.
As for the trend and fashion? I tend to go for a kilt, rugby jersey (a bit frayed to give it that lived in look) and boots. But then again, not many people have my impeccable fashion sense, and tend to just go for jeans and a t-shirt.

The most popular teams at this years GT were Orcs, then Dwarfs, Undead, and Skaven. Norse were also pretty strongly represented.
Results wise, these teams prety much filled the top 20, with just a couple of Khemri teams, 1 chaos dwarf and 1 amazon team for variety!
I took wood elves, and think the tourey style (ie relatively limited skills, ability to score fast, resurection) suits them dwn to the ground, but there were only two other woodie teams there!
On the other hand, the Waterbowl, a mucher smaller tourney I went to earlier in the year, had Wood Elves as the most popular team, and was won by lizardmen.
Overal I'd say in my recent experience the all-rounder teams that lean towards bashing (Orc, Norse, Lizards, Necro) seem to dominate.

The NAF tournie stats suggests Undead still rule under LRB5.
Dwarves, Wood Elfs, Amazons, Orcs, Norse are pretty successful these days too.

because some of us (like myself) are still young maturing teenagers, and we are still sensitive to hurtful comments, that may result in life long mental scarring!!!
