Just been looking at this and found:

http://www.hendra-holidays.com/index.php

or more specifically:

http://www.hendra-holidays.com/bookings/holywell.aspx

A H3 caravan will sleep 6 comfortably (2 x doubles, 4 x singles) or 7 if there are a Mr & Mrs (or two open minded Mr.'s!) and costs £385 for 3 nights (Fri - Sun), which works out at £65 per person for the duration.

Alternatively there is camping also on site, at about £10 pppn (though working out their tariff structure isn't the easiest thing in the world!! :o )

Probably about a 25 min walk to the venue from there.

That is where H & I stayed the last 2 years, busses into town or £10 taxi.

Is REALLY nice, but they are VERY strict on the couples and family rule.

I presume Geggster will be stopping there with Lisa too,.

We are staying here: http://www.trekenning.co.uk/
3 miles or so out, but OK for a taxi for 4.

They let 4 blokes in when I told them we were all 30+ and coming to Newquay to play board games!

Lots of other places - mixed only.

Right, any feedback from last year? Our campsite was good, though driving in and parking all day would have turned out more cost effective.

Anyone stay in a cheap B&B in the centre they can recommend?
