Newquay Bowl cakes

Top 2 cakes will get made along with chocolate rum and raisin brownies.
If anyone has any suggestions for cakes post them here and if she likes them she'll try and make them.

I've voted Carrot too, but I'm not sure how I managed to miss Chocolate and Guiness cake!!
That said, I think it would be:
a) a bit gooey in the heat and
b) a bit samey if both the Choc+Guiness and the Choc Fudge both won
