early august tourney

Anyone got any plans for a BB tourney early August? Looking for a summer mini-break.
Would organise one, but Swindon now has a BB tourney, woohoo!

Thrudball was the first week in August last year, and will be running again at some point this year I assume (Bognor).
Last year the White Isle and Albion were the 3rd and 4th weekends in August, and I know plans are underway to run those again. I believe Indigo was looking to restart Carnage in London at a similar time.

Toy Soldier is in the North West (Preston) and usually the last week of July

I was looking at organising a 24 hour in august but not sure there will be demand for 2 a year

It looks like the only weekend free for the White Isle Star Bowl II will be the 23/24 July. Hope that doesn;t clash with Toy Soldier!

That is the traditional weekend for Toy Soldier, yes.

Hmmm. That is the only weekend that both I and my venue can do. What do you suggest I do Joe? Run it or not? I don't want to offend the people running Toy Soldier, but I also do want to run my event again if people want to come!

The Albion Coast Cup will be running again this year. Same time, same place, new rules.
I think it normally runs in the last weekend of august (bank holiday weekend?). So not really early august but close. Ish

Albion Coast Cup will be in Southampton 27th and 28th August. Full details coming to TFF next week
