ARBBL racial tiers - any fixes needed?

Right, ARBBL is 6 skills, pre-selected, one added to the roster each game - #2 and #5 can be doubles if the coach wants.
We also added the following tiers:
Tier 2 - extra normal skill in game 4 (total 7): Human, Elf, Necromantic
Tier 3 - extra normal skill in game 1 (total 7): Chaos, Chaos Pact, Khemri, Nurgle, Slann, Underworld, Vampire
Tier 4 - extra normal skill in games 1 and 4 (total of : Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Saurus-less Lizardman, Skaven-less Underworld
Everyone else was Tier 1.
Any glaring mistakes? Any race that anyone feels should move up or down a tier?
