So, who will be there and what is the plan?
I'll be arriving at 14:23 but need to have a haircut and check in at the B&B before any shenanigans. Will be around from maybe half three.... am I going to be singing the Kim Jong-il song for a couple of hours?

Yeah I'll be in King John's with Schmee at some point later on on Friday. That is the official meeting place!

We're hoping to get to Hartlepool about 8pm, so will hopefully come out not long after that

My train has been delayed but should be arriving in about 8.20. Not sure if I will check in to my B&B first or if one of my bunk mates will have already done so.
