Citadel "Titillating Pink" - Found it - Nothing to see...
Hi,
Anyone happens to have an old (and working) Titillating Pink (Citadel paint) they'd want to sell?
Cheers!

Re: Citadel "Titillating Pink"
How old? Didn't they change it at some point (90's)? I'm sure I remember the very early one being brighter than a later one. It's not the same as Coat D'Arm's Shocking Pink by any chance is it?

Yes, it was brighter than their newer Tentacle Pink (which is the one Coat D'arms call Shocking Pink).
It was part of the Monster Paint set:

And was discontinued by Citadel sometimes in the 90's.
You can see it here:

You found an original, lost in space time, pot or an equivalent color that magically is the same shade? If the second, people would like to know which brand and name matches.

No, sorry. Just managed to find an old half full bottle that had been lost in space time at a friends.Steam Ball wrote:You found an original, lost in space time, pot or an equivalent color that magically is the same shade? If the second, people would like to know which brand and name matches.
Man, these old Citadel bottles just keep the paint fresh for years and years!

Yeah they were fantastic pots, and you got almost twice as much paint in them.
Is why I like using Coat D Arms so much since they sell what was pretty much the old GW range. Though I swear some of the metallics have changed since I still can’t find a gold or copper as good as those included in the Citadel Mettalic paint set.

I still have all my first paints from the original boxes (colour, creature, monster, expert + Ork & eldar) which are older than some people that I've played against.. and the majority of them are still going strong, far better than the 00's "bolter shell" pots that dried up in less than 2 years!spubbbba wrote:Yeah they were fantastic pots, and you got almost twice as much paint in them.
