Looking for Battle of Five Armies rulebook

I would like to buy GW's Battle of Five Armies game, but of course it is no longer available (at least not in the US). The figures can still be bought through GW (or using other sources) so that is no problem. Does anyone have a copy of the rules they would be willing to sell?

While I could use Warmaster, I would still like to have the actual rules for the game, even if just a photo-copy.
