Dantrag, Northman Adventurer - Now with conversion pics!

Post by Chairface »

Can you say Conan?

Officially named Dantrag, Northman Adventurer, this fig is probably the best representation of the Cimmerian that I have ever seen. He's huge (About the same size as the new Deathball Boris from Heresy) and he is easily convertable to Fantasy Football. How do I know? I've already done it. Between this fig and the new Ice troll from Impact! I'll be starting another Norse team.

I'll post pics of the conversion soon!

And death climbs up the steps one by one,
To give you the rose that's been burnt by her sun

Point me to the sky above
I can't get there on my own
Walk me to the graveyard
Dig up her bones

What did you do with his left hand? Facing backwards like that looks awkward for Blood Bowl even without the dagger. I could imagine cutting it off at the fur and rotating it.

Do you have a pic?

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I didn't, but I took one just for you :)

Front and Back views:

As you can see, you are absolutely right. I cut off the left hand at the fur and rotated it. I also repositioned the right arm a bit to make it look a little more FF. I removed the dagger scabbard and a few pouches from his back - Easily covered over with brown stuff.

I also took a pair of pliers and squeezed the legs a little closer together to fit him onto the smaller base. I don't think that the mini sufferes for it.

Here is another one to show his scale.

He's a big boy - as big as the new FF Boris from Heresy. They will look nice together on a team.

yeah they will. Anyway, fluff wise Norse men are meant to be big, fearless and barbarians, right?

That fig will suit perfectly :D 8)
