These, with a bit of conversion, could be Nurgle warrior options. What do you think? Do they really work as a cohesive unit?
Though I am not too concerned about the warriors looking cohesive as to me they are individual champions working together so each would be unique.
Using those might be a better scale, but not sure how BIG they actually are.

Looking at them they're in a normal (ish) 30mm scale (it says so at the top of the pictures) so you can reasonably expect them to be about the same as GW mini's of similar type, perhaps even marginally smaller..
