I sculpted prone/stunned counters for my Minotaur. Each one is a round base with a cow skull on it, based to match the team. The stunned marker has a snake crawling through one eye and out the other.

It's easier to pull the model off the table than to try to figure out which square a Roll Jordan Mino is lying in. They're rather tall.

Daht has the best counters ever though. For bonehead/RS, he has improvised dunce caps he can put on his big guys.
