:orc: :orc: :orc: :orc: You could havel looked at the size first!!! At willy miniatures blog there's a family foto with ruler.

And respecting the size: before Gw were 28 mil so a 1,80 man was suposed to be 28 mil and a 2 meter's one 30 mil. Their miniatures have been increasing size so that a ork Nob from gorkamorka now is a tiny warrior. For sure if they ever re do the game the old figures will look like dwarves.

I've have had the wolves in my hand and think they are Ok. They are ST3 plus frenzy!!!

As well the troll slayers look stronger than other dwarves with st3 and they aren¡t by they have frenzy and that makes the diference!! :smoking:

They very well could be...being based on jackals.... I'm using four of them as Necro/Undead ghouls and am well pleased with size and sculpt.... They will become dedicated Undead ghouls when I finally paint up my Steampunk Abominations II (Malifaux) as Necro ghouls....

The Impact "Anubis" are based on jackals, too:

These might make good Weres... maybe a little big at 30mm scale...?

I like the yeti thing. Just needs a bit of conversion and would make a fantastc snow troll.

I'm starting to notice this trend on all of thier work. The elf star looks HUGE. The orcs are far too big for a 25mm base. Unfortunate cause they are some of my favorite minis I've seen lately. However thier mummies are quite nice and are comparable to the gw stuff in size. Maybe good for the larger 40mm pitch?

Just to add that I received my WW Orderly from horrorclix and apart from the clip board he hold in the right hand, he is almost perfect.

Anyone tried to convert this right arm to look more BB?

I guess my main beef is that no no BB Were is actually looking as if he is playing BB. The one with the Helmet of Wily is perfect but he is too big for me.

Hey, each to their own. If they're too big for your taste that's cool, I've got an impact were and a GW one that will now never see the painting table because I rated the Willy Miniatures ones so highly. They are chunky but really dynamic too.

Or you can just keep replacing the WWs on your roster until they roll the +1S. Then they are WYSIWYG.

I was initially going to try this, and I think the whole arm below the elbow would have to go and be replaced. It was hard to find a good replacement arm, and I didn't feel like trying to sculpt one, so I ended up just buying 2x She-Wolf (also Lupina) from the Horror Clix miniature line. I love the sculpt (the claws are very prominent) and the size of the mini. The tattered shirt can also be repainted on one of them to easily distinguish them from one another.

I'm still going to use the orderly with the clipboard to serve as a coach, though, as he fits the bill perfectly.
