I've been looking at the new HorrorClix game from Wizkids and I have to say that I am impressed by the usefullness of many of the figs in converting for Blood Bowl. I saw the first figs out in the store this week. There are some great figs for Necro and other teams. Here are just a few:

You also haven't mentioned that the Deep Ones would make superb Slaan.
So much better than those horrible cartoony frog minis.

Oy! I never thought of that!
A couple of each mini - and they're plastic, so it shouldn't be too hard to convert them into different poses - brilliant!

Aren't the Horrorclix figs significantly smaller, though?

They are roughly 28mm. I've seen some of the preview minis and they look fine.
