Has anyone else seen this? Wouldn't this make a great Ork Head Coach?

That looks good for a head coach.
I particularly like the little assistant copying his stance.

I'm inclined to agree with Snew in that other thread. Its a little out of place. He's ok, but theres better examples of figs for head coaches, im sure.
