Change to fouling

The triple B league has one, but how about this instead?
Since fouling should be part of the game, and is referee decided, I think the chances of something happening should be changed to favour certain teams, and tempt certain players into performing fouls.

How about, when the ref is watching you it is 4+ for a normal player to be spotted, but 5+ for a stunty or big buy. Rational being it's hard to keep up with those little buggers, and those big felows are rather intimidating!

sounds kinda fun, but making more exceptions to rules instead of less, especially when there's no clear reason to do so balance-wise, is not a good idea.

I'd prefer to see incremental modifiers. So on the 1st foul its a 6, on the 2nd 5+, on the 3rd 4+ etc. Just to give a little tweak to encourage fouling.

Maybe change DP instead to make it a reroll of the sending off roll.

I think that DP giving a re-roll is a top idea under the doubles and you are off style of fouling. It's good under the current system as well.
