Cheers guys, all suggestions welcome. I have actually received the mini's through the post now. They are all a little smaller than I thought which isn't a real problem except for the Minor Demon. He is regular 28mm size...maybe a tiny bit bigger...I thought he was actually much bigger which was driving my idea's for him as a big guy.
Anyway, I still love the model! I will be converting it and removing his scythe, but for his actual presence on the field I think S5 is now too much and I will be downgrading him to S4 and removing Mighty Blow. The DP trait does seem very fitting for a Demon though.
What do you think to this?
140K 6 4 3 8 Horns, Frenzy, Regen and Disturbing Presence??? GA SP
As for the Worshippers I will play test them at 40K, no Block.

The demon doesn't look much like a GA/SP player to me. GS/AP is more themey. Both work, though: GA is probably more balanced.
Horns+S4+no negatrait = S5, for all intents and purposes. Add that to Frenzy, and it's a bit of a megaplayer, even with only 0-1 on roster. The GA access helps a bit in evening things out, but I think I'd move Frenzy to the lesser/speed demons (and remove block), and leave the minor demon with just Horns, Regen and DP. Those ghouls looks completely OTT uncontrollable, frenzy would be in theme.

Yes, you are quite right about Frenzy...that was left as a hold-over from using the Werewolf as the basis for the Demon and doesn't quite fit the character. I see him as more of a malevolent presence on the field rather than a slavering nutter. I also think his AV was a little beneath his physique so I have boosted it by 1; I think 140K 6 4 3 9 Horns, Regen and Disturbing Presence GS AP is a better spread but playtesting will see. I only just got around to building him yesterday.
As for the Ghouls I can't really see a problem with them other than giving them regen which I have decided against. The human element of the team will be allowed an Apothercary, the Demons will just have to rely on their natural hardiness, and the Ghouls, being the lowest of the Demons will just have to stay out of the way of the opposing teams armoured juggernaughts or suffer the consequences.
