IMO - relying on wardancers falling over to kill them is not a great idea.
You smack 'em with tackle (and mighty blow).
I think that part is absoluetly fine.
Reroll and leaps - that I'm worried about, because leap is already such a huge skill.

could you be more specific on potential abuses ?
It allows the Guarder to block, then move to provide an assit to another player. Imagine a couple of Dwarf blockers with that skill...
That's why it should be an Agility skill. It's a good skill, sure. Better than Block? Better than Guard? No.

Though the free move should be instead of pushing back an opposing player, not in addition to.
