It would naturally give dwarves, chaos dwarves and other players who already have TS a nice little boost, but I don't think it would be overpowering.

If it was added to the ST list as a trait as well, then there is the incentive to take it, I know I would...

Of course it would mean it was even harder to kepp Dwarf teams down, the little buggers keep bouncing up all the time any way...
