I would give Leader for free for the first Vampire of the team.
It would boost the team without changing the team play.

Other Ideas :
-To decrease reroll price to 60k
-To give PRO for all vampires for 10K more :

I would like to see a new vampire team based on human team because AV 7 sucks against bashy teams (mighty blow...) ! ;)
