if his victim is unhurt he returns on a 4+
if his victim is knocked out then he returns on a 6 (the victim on a 4+ as always)

I have to agree with Grumble on the 10 yard penalty rule, and for the most part I don't agree with the chance of returning a fouler.
But. . . For the Sake of Fluff and this topic. If you were going to allow different rolls for the severity of injury on a foul then there should also be a fine attached to the foul. In American football, if a player is caught fouling, and even if he isn't ejected the NFL commisioner looks at the play, and determines a fine to the player.
Something like 30K for a Cas
20K for a KO
and 10K for a stun or nothing at all.
Fine only charged if the player is caught. Fines must be paid, and may cause a team to have a negative treasury. (Debt.)
If you are going to give a player a chance to return, there should be at least some sort of permanent affect.
