How about changing a few of your options:

3: Spirit of the Bear: One member of your team (Your choice) gets Mighty Blow and Stand Firm for the duration of the game.

I also recommend removing Spirit of the Unicorn and replacing it with

6: Spirit of the Wolverine: One member of your team (Your choice) gets Dauntless and Frenzy for the duration of the game.

I like the rest of your spirit options.

I don't think that any elf team should EVER have strength skill access though. I recommend that you remove that option from your blitzer and perhaps give them another skill in addition to BLOCK.
