Secret Weapon equivalent to KO?

Got a great idea and/or proposal for BloodBowl?

How about modifiers, depending on how well (and thus how much attention) the Secret Weapon did?

-1 for each CAS that drive
-2 for a touchdown that drive
-1 per foul that drive

Thus a Pogoer may get sent off if he manages to score, but if he doesn't he'll get another try next drive (since that's what they are designed for, really).

Nice idea, but in the KISS era, it's to "complicated".

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Alternately, allow them to only come back on roll of 6. Kind of like anti-realy-stupid. Bribes could allow it on a roll of 3-6 (used to be 4-6, but since they have the 6 already, give it a +1).

That way you have a shot of getting secret weapons back on, but it's not a good shot.

Or roll a d6 for each sent off weapon at the beginning of each drive. On a 6 the player is allowed to return.

That might motivate weapon heavy teams to score more, instead of just stall stall stall to avoid having their weapons sent off.

If this is problematic on any particular teams (dwarf deathroller cough) the roll could always be courtesy of a special coaching staff.
