Sure. It's 13 squares to the end zone. MA7 can get there with 2x GFI and 4x chainpush. With lots of Frenzy, 4x chainpush is unlikely, but possible. Grab is just a (much) more reliable, harder to counter (fewer blocks, less set-up, Fend-proof, only concerned with one defender's skills) way to do the same thing.
Sorry, but the point is that probably at least half the teams don't need a stat bump to build a reasonable (if not reliable) 1TTD mechanism. In terms of 1TTDs, stat bumps just make it a little easier, and possible for some teams that don't normally have 1TTD games to build them (Undead, Dwarfs, etc.).
