Amazon teams do not consist of Dykes.

They're Norse in Drag (most of them).

Actually, Ogres are amazons, too. They had some hormon treatment in former communist countries in order to look what they look like now.(remember "Top Secret"?)

Anyway, any BBRC member wathing this poll? Is there any thought of limiting Ogres beyond Halflings and Goblins at all? or we just chasing hot air?

I had to vote something else.

I'd like to see Ogres and all Big Guys removed from the game or only freebooted. They're cool and all but they cause ridiculous arguements like this one. I don't think Dwarves should have them and I agree that Orcs should but they don't need them. I'd go for seeing Ogres only on Human based teams but there's no fluff to support it. Orcs and Chaos should always have access to Trolls but I don't see them needing them to be any more competitive.

Speaking of fluff, since we're separating from WFB, we could just rewrite it so that the teams of old tried out Big Guys to give them some edge but found that just trying to keep them in line took up so much time and energy that they lost more games with them that they won anyway.

Keep the teams pure and get rid of Big Guys altogether.

They don't need Treemen just because they're Wood Elves. Their stats make them distinct, not their access to Treemen.

Dwarves can easy play without Big guys!
A lot of guard ,MB and a slow cage tactic to smach the opponent.
Amazone cant do that IMO.
I ve seen dwarves team going high in tourny or league but not Amazones.

WE can't remove Ogre from Cahos!! this is a nonsens to me, Morg was in a Cahos Team. If it would be only one team with Ogre, it would be Cahos!

I think what you say is nonsense, because, because of the Big Guy and The other respectice Racial Characteristics, Big Guys just plain SUCK.

Treemen for example play 50% of the Games and are not allowed to use Team Rerolls. If you tell me that a treeman is a powerful addition to an Wood Elf team, i say you have A. no clue or B. never played them under LRB2.0

All you get is a player that either misses the game or does NOTHING or causes a Turnover for a failed Block.

I go the contrary way I say, give the Wood Elves 4!!! Treemen, they cant afford them anyways. And I know what I'm talking about I played the Human vs. Wood Elf matchup a lot. I am horrified when i imagine what damage dwarfes could do to a Wood Elf Team.

I never said anything about Treemen being useful to Wood Elves. I said Wood Elves had hard-ons for each other. Sportin' wood. That's why they were called Wood Elves. Get it? I guess not.

My feelings on all Big Guys is get rid of the lot of them. I don't care what team or Big Guy. Toss them. If you would actually read my posts, I don't think you'd spend so much time pissed off.

No, treemen show up in 100% of the games, and in 75% of the halves. Their negative racial caracteristic is actually the least negative of them all. Problem is though, they have two negatives, the other one being their 2MA.

Oh, yes, go ahead. Drop Starplayers, toss Big Guys. Why not take it one step further and only allow Orc and Human Team rosters ?

The only acceptable reason to get rid of a FEATURE is if it causes problems.
