Norse Dwarfs

I'm currently elaborating on the idea of white/grey/blue dwarfs with ice glinting in their white beards...

The roster in work is as follows:

Re-rolls 50K? No Big Guys? Any special rules (connected to cold, special coaching staff or wizard, prone to frenzy, etc.)?

Jump up on 0-12 lineman with strength skills is quite a bit too good even with the loss of the armor.

Perhaps you could make a "pro dwarf" team like the Elves got. Just from the top of my head:

0-12 lineman 4 3 2 8 Block, Tackle, Thick Skull 60,000 G, S
(Elf treatment - loss of Armor and price)
0-2 demonslayers 5 3 2 8 Block, Frenzy, Thick Skull, Stand Firm 100,000 G, S
(Elf treatment - gain a pushback related beneifical skill and increase in price)
0-2 Blitzers 5 3 3 9 Block, Thick Skull, Dauntless 90,000 G, S
Elf treatment - gain a trait and price increase)
0-2 Runners 6 3 3 8 Sure Hands, Thick Skull 80,000 G, P
(Just kept the same)

Whaddya mean second dwarf roster? What are Chaos Dwarves? Chopped Liver? ;)

They seem to have everything. Perhaps making the prices cripplingly high could stop them somping everyone?

I'm developing the Norse Dwarfs for a BB7s league where balance is definitely not an issue as big as in the regular league. The team posted above was basically an offshoot of this line of development. Although it raised some angry voices, I'd like to elaborate more on that (of course I will try to incorporate criticism).

The idea behind the team was to lower their AVs, give the Runner access to Agility skills instead of Passing and add a Blocker instead of the Trollslayer. Otherwise the rest was just trying to come up with something different. To give Jump Up to the Longbeards occured me on the basis of them being called Norse (a fluffy thing, they are from the North).

(trying not to hear the voices against more dwarf rosters... :D )

Note: the rosters in our BB7s league follow this pattern:
0-16 is converted to 0-10
0-12 (linemen) to 0-8
0-6 to 0-4
0-4 to 0-2
0-2 to 0-1
0-1 to 0-1
We have some additional rules like betting, renting rowdies or PR agents. Big Guys are not allowed to benefit from Leader (only from Pro). etc.

What do you think? (It could be easily remade to a regular team.)
