Balanced Daemons?

I'm just getting back into Blood Bowl and since daemons have no official rules anymore I was wondering how to use them as a house rule without being too overpowered.

I was thinking they could be used nearly the same as the old Daemon Rules but just replace the 0-1 big guy slot with 0-1 lesser daemon. Greater daemons as star players, so freebootered.

But how to adapt the "Daemonic Aura" because of no more wizards?
It's not very fluffy for Khorne teams, anyway you don't always require wizards to summon daemons.
Would it be best just to remove the whole rule? (I think its too good for high AV guys anyway)

Warrior = Warrior
Beastman = Demon of choice (Horror, Bloodletter etc)
Big Guy = Greater Demon of choice

I also miss the deamons and I hope that they will return to the pitch

I think I'll try out removal of the old "daemon aura" rule so they are just regular players, but add regenerate instead to represent their aura, and the fact they can be summoned back ect.
All Daemons could get unstable as a negtrait to balance things out.

I think demons should be braught back as freeboot only since they would be summoned back to the warp after the game and wouldnt gain skills and injuries like normal players.
