Suggesting a new racial trait "Short".
Attempts to intercept a pass from a short thrower get +1, attempts by short players to intercept passes are at -1. (cumulative)

Dwarves and stunties (and chaos dwarfs) are short.

Stunties could be compensated by increased access to general skills

Dwarves could be compensated by the extra couple of blitzers that have been widly suggested or by access to the new skill area "derangements" http://www.talkbloodbowl.com/phpBB2/vie ... 799#194799 on slayers (who already have 2 and probably won't want more) and perhaps longbeards
