High av agility team

Is there room for a high av agility team? Something like:

Lino 5339 General
Blitzer 6339 Block, General, Agility
Thrower 5339 Sure Hands, Pass, General, Passing
Catcher 6339 Catch, General, Agility

I dislike building av7 teams and losing their players in one game so I tend to play high av-teams (At least one positional with av9 and no av7), which are bashy mainly. Orcs have been nice for some passing plays but lack of receivers sucks (Gobbos are av7, fun but die).

Fluffwise don't know what they could be but some heavily armoured humans come to mind. Of course they are like ag4 before wearing that armour :)

Haven't though about prizes, it's just an idea.

But is would a team like that be overpowered or is high av with agility access just silly? :)

If you do a search you'll find that a few people have suggested making a similar change to the HE roster to differentiate it from the new Elves.

Line Elf 5 3 4 9 70k G A
Phoenix Warrior 5 3 4 9 Pass 80k G A P
Lion Warrior 7 3 4 8 Catch 90k G A
Dragon Warrior 6 3 4 9 Block 100k G A

Sounds like it would be right up your alley.

The CBBL try to play with that High elf team... but they were too powerful.

That team looks a lot like Orcs without the BOBs...

Did a search and I fear too that ag4 with av9 is broken. Too much potential with not enough player turnover. Although wouldn't mind playing with that team.

Ian: It looks like an orc team but it won't develop like an orc team without str access and with agility access.

the problem is after a few skills (ok, harder to get than with WEs, but still) AV 9 players with blodge and sidestep might have too much staying-power...
