FF caping and control suggestion: Stadiums

Stadiums
Each team starts with a stadium with a capacity of 100,000 seats. Every ten thousand seats can seat 1 FF. 20,000 seats extra can be bought with an investment of 50 kgp. Every 10,000 seats constitute 1 Section of the stadium (SS). The FF on the kick-off table is replaced with the SS occupied by the team's fans.
The seats are distributed as follows. Both teams get to sell tickets for half the seats in the stadium up to 10,000 seats for every FF they have. Unsold seats can be sold to the highest FF team. So, if team A has a FF of 3 and team B a FF of 6 and they play in a stadium of SS 10, team A gets to sell 30,000 seats and team B 60,000 seats. They both teams' fans have occupied 3 and 6 SS respectively. If in this case team B had a FF of 8 its fans could only occupy 7 SS.
Effects on other aspects of the game
Consequences for TR: The highest of FF and SS counts as 10k towards the TR
Consequences for gate: The Gate is the sum of the SS occupied by both teams.
Consequences for winnings: The Gate on the Match Winnings Table becomes SS occupied 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17+. For every FF that dit not fit into the stadium roll 1d6, on a 4+ 10 kgp extra is made by both teams through exploiting the lack of seats to raise the price of the tickets. So in the case of SS 10, team A FF 3, team B FF8, both TR100. The winnings are 1d6 +5 from the winnings table, +1 for both teams if the dice roll for the 8th FF of team B comes up 4+ (x10,000 gp of course). The winner may add 10,000 to his winnings.
Consequences for FF roll: If the team's FF is lower than its own stadium's total SS no unmodified 1 rule is applied. If the team's FF is higher than its own stadium's total SS no unmodified 6 rule is applied.
Which venue to play in?
Both coaches have to decide in who's stadium they play. They have to choose from the stadiums of the teams that are playing the match. The lower TR team may choose to trade one roll on the handicap table for the choice of venue. Otherwise the coaches can decide amongst themselves, roll a dice, or flip a coin. If the game is the result of a challenge the challenged team chooses. For cup finals the league commissioner can choose the largest stadium in the league. In a scheduled league there will be one home and one away match scheduled.
