Party teams/league

Here’s a crazy idea I had on the way home from a party…
I see this working best with human ‘price’ teams; orc, ‘zon, Norse etc. but I’ll keep thinking… and hey, if a whole league is party...

Party teams…
All income from a match is spent at the after match party… don’t bother rolling for income…
However the parties are generally so huge and cool that players and staff just want to join up…
After a match, roll 2d6 with a +or - mod equal to the one on the teams income for that match.
Results
1 or less: the party was such a dud that the ensuing fight left team moral at a low, loose a RR.
2 A huge disagreement flared at this party between your top two SPP holders. One walks out on the team, you choose which stays.
3 The player with the least SPP (roll if tie) leaves the team in shame because he was made to wear the [enter item of shame] too many games in a row.
4-8 Cool party, no wait, great party!
9 Your party isn’t just for players… and this time some a new member of staff has come along; Roll d6 1,2 Assistant Coach; 3,4 Cheerleader; 5,6 Apothecary: If you already have an apoth you don’t get a 2nd but get to reroll this roll.
10 Lino’s ball! Get a free lino when he wakes up from his initiation!
11 The young talent is sniffing around the team, and smells the goodies inside. Roll from the positional list (including Big’un if available), if the rolled position is full; roll again or take a lino.
12 Man, this party brought us together as a team, yu no? Get a RR.
13+ Pick a position player and add them to your team, or a RR, your call.

OK... you can see why a party league would just be fun...

OK disadvantages of a party team: no financial planing, and at higher TR's you will start loosing players if unlucky.
advantages: you can get expencive players early if lucky, and no cash means less empty TR

Definatly would work best as the general rule in a lighthearted legue. Coaches wouldne't have to think so much about the out of game stuff like hireing, firing and purchases.
