pitch style & movement

I was looking at the pitch designs by mrbrownesquire (Fantasy footaball mini section) & a thought springs to mind, with different types of pitch you have varying degrees of control in your actions (walk, run etc.).
To that end we could have -1 MA on sand, mud (or swamp) & snow pitches.
From experience on dodgy sunday league football pitches there could also be an issue with stopping or changing direction where intended. On a rainy/muddy or snowy pitch a player might slide an extra square using the throw in template for direction or 2 extra squres if they had sprinted
