Benchwarmer League

I had an idea the other week, that came from thinking about the Ape roster, comparing it to the Orc roster, and thinking how Orc teams almost never field linemen. and that a lot of teams very quickly have a minimum of linemen on the field or even on the team roster.
So here's the idea, similar to leagues/tournaments using rules like Street Ball & Blood Bowl 7's, but a full team for regular Blood Bowl. Maybe it would represent a 'Minor League' but not as minor as BB7s, or maybe there is a big strike of some union of the better players disputing their endorsement deals.
Construction guideline:
1. All teams have 900k to build their teams from.
2. Any team position that is listed as 0-2 availability is now 0-1.
2a exception: Halflings & Goblins both retain 0-2 for Treemen & Trolls respectively.
3. Any team position that is listed as 0-4 availability is now 0-2.
4. Any team position that is listed as 0-6 availability is now 0-4.
5. No Star Players of any kind are allowed: not to roster, not to induce.
The idea is to shift the weight of the team to rely more on the unsung linemen and so see them be played more and have them develop to fill the roles the other positions would have been purchased to play.
