Hi all,
inspired by the "is it time for some new skills?" thread in general chat, I thought it would be great fun to hear what kind of crazy ideas for new skills you've got! I'm starting a thread for each skill category.
These threads are not meant for discussion, (we can do that later), but simply as an archive of ideas.
So: If you've got any good ideas, or if your league is already using a homemade skill, this is the place to share it with everyone else.
1 skill per post please
Sorry Plas nicked your words but i'm assuming you left kicking out accidentally

Up and Under ( trait )
This player has trained long and hard to perfect the art of the up and under, if having declared the up and under, the kicker successfully gets away the ball, then it is kicked so high that it doesn't land until the end of the next teams turn. the use of this skill automatically generates a turnover whether the kick is successful or not. Roll a D6 + the kickers strength, this is the distance the ball travels. The normal rules for kicking apply just as if the kicker had declared a field goal. After the kick roll to see where the ball will land, but it will not actually land until after the next teams turn. If the receiving team can get man under the ball, then he will get a free attempt to catch it as an inaccurate pass. as soon as this is resolved it is the end of that teams turn
