Team Creation: 1,200,000gp
Team Selection: All teams available on Tourplay up to 2 weeks before the event will be available, along with Slann.
Team Draft: Must include 11 players.
Format: Resurrection

Skill allocation:
Tier 1 get 6 Skill Points
Tier 2 get 8 Skill Points
Tier 3 get 10 Skill Points

Each Primary skill is worth 1 Skill Point and Secondary skills are 2 Skill Points.
Players may only take One additional skill, and a team may only take Two of the same skill overall.

Star Players:
They can only be hired after the minimum 11 players are drafted.
Tier 1 teams can only take One Star Player, while Tier 2 and 3 may take Two.
A Star Player costs a Team 2 Skill Points.
A Mega Star costs a team 5 Skill Points and will not work with any other Star Player or Mega Star.

Inducements:
Those found in the Blood Bowl Main Rule book are available at their cost against the Teams Creation budget.

Scoring:
Win a game: 50
Draw a game: 20
Lose a game: 0

Touchdowns, up to 3 will be added to your Total Score.
Casualties, that would earn SPP, up to 3 will be added to your Total Score.

Awards:
The highest Total Score will be crowned Winter Anarchy Champion.

Note that all prizes will be distributed so that no one Coach wins more than one award: we like as many winners as possible.
Should two teams end on the same Total Score their defensive record will be the tie breaker, I.e. Touchdown difference.
