Assuming the last spot is still free, I have just sent a payment with ECBBL2 as reference.
The team will be ECBBL Legends, I'll fill in the form a bit later.

The Redshirts are still the last on the list, at #29 - that's why I thought I'd double-check.
Cheers

We've met with the venue today on a number of points. I can confirm that we will be adjusting the table layout for 2025 such that pitches will be end to end, and you should be closer to your team mates.

We are looking at adjusting the table sizes as well, and this might result in us being able to expand the capacity. We will keep you updated on this.

Having met with the venue earlier this month, we are changing the table sizes for 2025. This has the effect that you will be playing end to end rather than side to side like this year. You should also be shoulder to shoulder with your teammates, hopefully making it feel like more of a shared team experience.

This has also meant that we can increase the capacity from 30 teams to 50 teams.

To book one of these additional spots, you will need to fill out the registration form which is here:
https://forms.gle/peduQCtFsTquxLQz7

And make a payment of £200 for your team by bank transfer to our NatWest Community account (if you need to select this will be business rather than personal)

Account name: SKABB
Sort Code: 52-41-42
Account no: 56422148

Please use the reference KTC when making a transfer along with either your team name, team captain's NAF name or team captain's NAF number - whatever fits most easily.

I am pleased to announce that the Kent Team Championship has been selected to be part of one of the first NAF Super Series. It will retain it's place within the South East Tournament series, but will also form part of the GB Team Championships.

It will be the first event in the series and will be followed by the Scottish Team Championship, The Home Nations and UKTC meaning the series has a good spread geographically and across the calendar.

The details of how the series scoring will work are currently being discussed but you can read a bit about the background of the series in this post by the series co-ordinator Jock Wright here.

I will share more details as and when they are available.

Kent Team Championship has increased the capacity from 30 teams to 48 teams for the 2025. It will also be moving from a 1-day to a 2-day event and will be taking place on the 15th and 16th of March 2025 in the beautiful setting of the Spitfire Ground, home of Kent County Cricket Club.
We have been able to increase the capacity after speaking to the venue to change the tables, which will allow you to play end to end and shoulder to shoulder with your teammates. This change allows us to fit more people into the same space as we did in March this year.

We will also be accommodating three sponsors who will have stands at the event – Charlie Victor, Hearthforge Games and PogoStick Productions, and you can expect prizes from all of these excellent companies and more.
We are currently working with Charlie Victor who are designing us a ball token which all tournament attendees will receive as part of their welcome pack.

As well as being part of the South East Tournament Series (viewtopic.php?f=59&t=47570&sid=70ed15e6 ... ca561e95fb) as it was for this year, it will also be part of one of the first ever Super Series – the GB Team Championship – which will include UKTC, The Home Nations and the Scottish Team Championship. The roster builder (https://shorturl.at/OsE9k) has been updated for the newly released Chaos Dwarf roster and will be updated for any other changes before the cut-off for adopting new rules.
There is still space for teams of four to attend. Please check out the rulespack on TalkFantasyFootball if you are interested in finding out more, or feel free to direct any questions to tournament organiser, Stewbacca (https://talkfantasyfootball.org/viewtop ... 57#p828357

With just under 2 months to go until Kent Team Championship 2025, I wanted to give an update on various things.

Spaces

Firstly, due to being able to expand the capacity, there is still space if there are any teams interested in signing up. If you are an individual looking for a team, there are one or two teams looking to fill spots and there is a channel on the Blood Bowl South East Discord server to hook you up on blind dates. That can be found here: https://discord.com/channels/1110931250 ... 1783774352

Alternatively, if you can’t find a team, you are welcome to sign up as a spare player. Please message me to discuss this if needed.

There is a cut-off date for sign-ups of new teams of Sunday 2nd March, which is be when we need to give the venue final numbers for meals. As we’ve had to start paying for items, the capacity this year will be restricted to 36 teams.

Whilst we will have some spare players available, the first priority will be providing a spare team if there are odd numbers, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill any spaces. If your team is short one or more players, then games will be forfeit 2:0. Opponents of these players will be provided a game against a spare player.

Rulespack & rosters

The latest roster builder can be found here: https://shorturl.at/OsE9k It has been updated to include all eligible star players (any released after 1st January 2025 – i.e. any in the 2024 Almanac) are not eligible. In addition, H’Thark has been added to the list of megastars. Please let me know if there are any issues with the roster builder. You will need to take a copy of the Google Sheet.

There has been errors noted on the spreadsheet which have been corrected. Please ensure that your team points do not exceed 8 when choosing which races you will be playing.

The roster submission deadline is 11:59pm on Saturday 1st March 2025. Please remember that having your roster submitted on time is the first tiebreaker.

Sponsorship and gifts

We have received offers of sponsorship from Charlie Victor and Hearthforge Games (both of whom will have a stall at the event), Chaos Cards and Ashdown Gaming. We hope to be able to announce more sponsors in the near future.

All participants will receive a custom Charlie Victor ball token and a HearthForge Games Spike Gold Star Player Base.

Meals

Meals are included in the ticket price. You are welcome to bring in other food, but please do not bring in any alcohol. The sign-up form asked for any dietary requirements. If there have been any changes in these, or team members, please do let me know ASAP. I will share a list of coaches as I have it shortly. We are hoping there will be a slightly different meal each day for you.

Software

We will be using BBTM. This is online cloud based software which can be found here : https://bbtm.app/ I was also able to download something to my phone, although this isn’t necessary. You will be able to see the draws for each round as well as the standings (although these will be hidden prior to the awards ceremony) as well as enter results. You will only need to enter a number for TD and CAS for each player. Your opponent can then validate this, which is actually a really helpful step from an organisation point of view. The software was used at the Amorical Cup last year and we tested it at OctOgre in October 2024 and were happy with the performance. This will hopefully reduce a lot of admin stress and enhance your experience.

What to bring

Please bring along pitches. We will have a number of spare pitches but not enough to provide one for every game. Bring your team, dice, scatter templates etc and a way to show your opponent a roster (either paper or virtual).

South East Tournament Series

The prizes for the South East Tournament Series will be presented shortly before the prizes for the Kent Team Championship 2025 prizes. If you won one of these and are unable to attend, let me know and I’ll arrange to get the prize to you another way.

Changes from last year

We will be hiring in different sized tables which has enabled us to expand the capacity. This will allow you to play endzone to endzone and shoulder to shoulder with your teammates. If there are any individuals who need to sit on the sideline for any reason, please rearrange within your team so that they are on one of the end tables. We have also made a few other minor changes which we hope will improve your overall experience.

Hi - just a quick note that we're finalising food orders with the venue this week. If you have any dietary requirements that you think we may not be aware of please let me know asap. If you are unsure, feel free to send me a message. I'd rather be told twice than someone get a meal they can't eat.
