Who Owns the NAF?

For no reason and with no motive I'm aware of, my mind wandered this morning and wondered who (if anyone) owns the NAF?
It is run by volunteers as far as I'm aware, but there must be bank accounts and presumably a registered company / charity ?

If anyone has knowledge and spare time to sate my idle curiosity, or point me to where it has all been explained before, feel free to answer
