I dont think bouf was effected but I heard he went down to his BB venue (local pub) which was about 1 1/2 foot underwater and helped them clean up. The pub is mostly back in action and Boufs League BABBL is into its 2nd week of season 9 and they are playing at the pub mostly as normal.
Not sure about TZR, I have no info on that
