open/marked on Blitz!-event (kick-off event table)

May 2022 FAQ answers only partially...

Blitz! result in Kick-off Event table:
Q: Do these players need to be Open when the Kick-off event is rolled, or can I activate players that become Open during the Blitz?
A: They must be Open at the time of the Kick-off Event.

How about the other way around:
Q: If my player is Open at the time of the Kick-off Event and then I make him marked with another player (pushing opponent next to my team-mate). Can I activate that player?

Was the player open when the kickoff event was rolled? Yes? Then the player is eligible for activation.

I'd agree on that point as the same logic as the errata answer. Note that you can only do Move actions plus one Blitz and one TTM so you wouldn't be able to generate an extra block.
