Does Pouring Rain affects Bombardier?

Bombardier is
"This Special action is not a Pass action"
and
"A Bomb can be thrown and caught, and the throw interfered with, just like a ball, [p48], with the following exceptions:" (nothing about weather)

Pouring Rain is
"[]the ball very slippery! Apply a -1 modifier every time a player makes an Agility test to catch or pick-up the ball, or to attempt to interfere with a pass."

Is the ball only thing slippery, or bomb also?

I would say that it is -1 modifier also when catching the bomb and interfering with a Throw Bomb Special action. Reason: Throw bomb is played just like passing the ball, except the listed exceptions.

There's no mention of weather exception, as you say, so I'd agree.
