A few tournaments ago (whilst fielding Bomber Dribblesnot on the roster), a NAF representative suggested thrown bombs could never now be thrown accurately and would scatter by default (similar to TTM). Looking for that ruling documented today, I couldn’t find it!
Any clarification anywhere please?

Bombs can be thrown accurately.
They may have been confusing the fact that bombs don't bounce with accurate throws.
