If both teams have a Master Chef, will they take RR from the other chef?
Accourding to the rules both chefs rolls simultanies.. are the chef immune to another chef?

Given that the wording is the same as previous editions (working from memory as I only have Second Season book to hand, happy to shown to be wrong) I would refer to a CRP ruling from Galak;

Chef made rerolls aren't there when the Chef dice are rolled, ergo cannot be removed - only roster rerolls can be lost.
