Can you re-roll Regenerate if it is your turn and not turnover?

May-2022 errata (p6) says that you can't re-roll Regenerate because active team's turn has already ended. Is this then the only reason you can't re-roll Regenerate? Because player can get Casualty roll on own turn and not causing turnover.

Maybe most trivial example is Troll: Failing Projectile Vomit can cause Casualty roll for the Troll itself and it is still not turnover.

So I think the answer should be: Depends, you can't if it is not your turn. If it is your turn you can re-roll Regenerate. If your turn has already ended you can't.

Rules as intended, comparing to every previous edition, you can't reroll Regeneration with a Team Reroll.
